SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within the  US only (excluding PO Boxes & APO addresses). All orders generally ship within two business days and delivered within 1 to 5 business days thereafter depending on your shipping destination and (due to processing and stock). All orders placed on our website will be shipped via USPS (1-5 business days; signature required only on specialty items). Shipping & handling charges are based on individual orders and will be determined at a time of checkout. If you need to receive your order quickly, please give us a call at (312) 724-POSH. We will do our best to get your order processed and shipped immediately (rush order processing & shipping charges will apply).

RETURN POLICY

Here at Totally Posh, Inc. we are committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction with our products beyond the point of sale. Unused product in the original packaging and condition may be returned by mail within 7 days of delivery.-Before returning merchandise you must contact our Customer Service department to receive authorization. We cannot accept returns without our authorization. To obtain authorization, please call our Customer Service at 312- 724-POSH between the hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday (Central Standard Time). Leave a voice message and one of our customer service representatives will contact you.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, date of authorization, and the name of the customer service representative that you spoke with. Please note on the packing slip the reason for the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the price of the items returned, once they have been received in our store.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. We recommend mailing the return by USPS or another carrier that provides tracking services. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.

The following items are non-returnable:

Individual products purchased as a set (the entire set must be returned)
Refused packages will not be refunded.
